We are wired and educated to seek fulfilment and meaning through external factors, such as money, relationships, social status or work. However, the deeper meaning, power and fulfilment in life is to be found inside our own being. We ARE what we long for, in our own nature. The secret to discovering this source of inner fulfilment is not to work harder to seek results or achieve anything. Instead it is to EMBRACE and RELAX into this moment, just as it is. As we do that, we discover that authentic and fulfilling connection not only with ourselves, but also with others becomes much more accessible.
Although this is a simple principle that is easy to understand in principle, it is much easier said than done in a consistent way in everyday life. Many inner forces and mental-emotional habits and defences go against this simple and life-affirming embrace of the present moment.
In this workshop you will learn simple yet powerful principles and practices to embrace the present moment with the spirit of exploration and in this way return home to a deeper dimension of yourself. We will also explore how you can connect with others and live more from that inner empowered space in your daily life, in the face of all the challenges of life.
We will work with meditation-based inquiry exercises, guided meditations, movement, and coaching demonstrations. You will also receive simple yet powerful teachings on the nature of mind and spirit.

ABOUT KÅRE LANDFALD
Kåre Landfald, from Norway, has worked with thousands of people over the last 25 years, and is the founder and main teacher of the Zen Coaching Training. His work is based on his extensive and ongoing studies with many great teachers and wisdom traditions, especially the Diamond Approach, Buddhism, Non-violent Communication, meditation-based therapeutic approaches, Family Constellations, existentialist philosophy, and modern leadership, management and coaching practices. He earlier worked for 8 years in international development, for the United Nations, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other international organisations. He works internatinoally as a coach, teacher and organisational and leadership consultant.
