Zen Circles: Art & Sound Journey is a community-centered, restorative experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and gently reset your nervous system.

We’ll share a meditative watercolor painting practice inspired by Zen Buddhist enso circles and other circular forms. Circles symbolize unity, wholeness, and connection, offering a simple yet powerful way to explore presence through creative expression.

Guided by a certified Healing Arts Facilitator, this process invites you into a flow state, a place where your mind settles, distractions fade, and you become fully immersed in the present moment. This is not about artistic skill, but about allowing yourself to create freely and intuitively.

Throughout the meditative art experience, you’ll be immersed in a live sound bath, led by a licensed Music Therapist and Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, where vibration and tone gently support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of presence as you create.

This offering is gentle, inclusive, and intentional. A space to rest, create, and reconnect in community.
