Join us for Zen & Tails: Puppy Yoga + Fundraiser for Soul Dog Rescue, a joyful morning combining restorative yoga, adoptable puppies, and community connection.

🧘‍♀️ Led by the Amazing Gia Lemley
This class will be guided by Gia Lemley of NutriFit Training Center, a talented local instructor who makes yoga fun, welcoming, and deeply restorative for all levels.

• Doors open: 9:30 AM
• All-levels restorative yoga class at 10:00 AM

Followed by:

• Puppy cuddles, photos, and playtime
• Dog adoption opportunities with Soul Dog Rescue
• Snacks, mimosas & botanical infused waters
• Mingling with local wellness and pet-focused vendors- from self-care and holistic health to dog-friendly services and goodies.
• Raffle prizes & giveaways

This is the perfect chance to support animal rescue while connecting with neighbors, moving your body, and having fun.

This event is completely free to attend, our gift to the community!
