Meet us in front of the studio on Meeting Street's green space for a special morning of yoga with our wonderful partner, YogaSix. Enjoy a free class for all levels that will leave you feeling invigorated and centered. Afterward, stick around to mingle with some of our favorite community partners. Mojo will be on hand with B12 shots, Focus PT will be offering free samples of PEMF and dry needling and Quills will keep the energy flowing with a smooth blend of cold brew. Plus, the morning wouldn’t be complete without cryotherapy and infrared sauna sessions inside the studio!
