Join us at Juice Buzz for our first of many "Zen & Juice" classes ✨️ Get ready to unwind and recharge as we start 2026! The Zen part will be led by the phenomenal Jonna Jones, owner of Flying Frog Fitness in Prince Frederick. In this 75-minute class, you will move through a gentle restorative yoga flow and finish with Yoga Nidra, helping to soothe your nervous system and leave your body and mind deeply relaxed. It's BYOB (Bring Your Own Blanket) & leave your stress at the door! Each $35 ticket includes the 75-minute session, one bottle of fresh cold pressed juice, and your choice of a salad or wrap to go!
