Zeeland Historic Home Tour

Explore Zeeland from the inside out!

The Zeeland Historical Society is delighted to announce the return of its highly anticipated Historic Home Tour on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

From timeless Tudor-style houses to Craftsman-era treasures with original features, guests are invited to step inside some of Zeeland’s most beautiful and storied homes, each with its own unique architecture and history.

Whether you're passionate about historic preservation, love architecture, or are simply looking for a meaningful way to spend the day, this self-guided tour offers something for everyone. Presented by the Zeeland Historical Society, the Home Tour is more than a showcase of beautiful homes; it’s a celebration of community, storytelling, and the spaces that connect generations.

Ticket and Tour Information

Early bird tickets are $25 through August 15 and $30 after that date. Tickets are available via Eventbrite or can be purchased in person at the Dekker Huis Museum, 37 E. Main Avenue, Zeeland, MI. Admission includes entry to all participating homes, as well as a printed brochure with photos and historical information about each stop.

Pick up your ticket and program at the Dekker Huis Museum (37 E. Main Ave.) on the day of the tour and head out for your self-guided walk!

This year’s tour also complements the Zeeland Historical Society’s 2025 exhibition, Foundations: A Journey Through the Built Environment, currently on display at the Dekker Huis Museum. While the exhibit explores the development of architecture, infrastructure, and preservation in Zeeland, the home tour offers a deeper, more immersive experience—bringing history to life through the lived-in stories and interiors of the homes themselves
