Join us at the Women in Leadership Luncheon as we celebrate and honor the remarkable women who shape the fabric of our community in Central Connecticut. From the nurturing guidance of our mothers to the inspiring leadership of our sisters, neighbors, and friends, these women serve as beacons of empowerment and progress.Since 1985, over 650 outstanding women have been recognized for their exceptional achievements and invaluable contributions to our community. Their dedication resonates through their roles in family, workplaces, schools, and towns, inspiring countless others to pursue their dreams and excel in their endeavors.
Each honoree embodies the spirit of leadership and commitment to uplifting women, both personally and professionally. They serve as role models, catalysts for positive change, and champions of equality. Their impact extends beyond boundaries, enriching the lives of those around them and paving the way for future generations of leaders.
In addition to honoring these extraordinary women, we will also shine a spotlight on the promising young women who represent the leaders of tomorrow!

We are honored to Welcome: Patricia Russo as our keynote speaker. As the Executive Director of the Campaign School at Yale University, Ms. Russo is a nationally recognized leader dedicated to enhancing the lives of women in Connecticut and across the United States. And We are delighted to have Ayah Galal as our event emcee. As a reporter and multimedia journalist at WFSB_TV.
Hosted by YWCA New Britain, this event is a testament to the power of women coming together to effect meaningful change. We celebrate not only the achievements of today's leaders but also the collective efforts to build a more inclusive and equitable society.
