Our weekly scrumptious stretch practice from 11am to Noon .... make some belly room for iCreate Cafe afterwards.Let's welcome owner Ash back to the Cafe after a recent surgery but partaking in his amazing culinary offerings. He and I have known each other since his opening and I'm so glad he's still in the area as a healthy, fresh, unique go-to.
We'll drive over separately (or arrange a carpool-y situation) after class.
******Easy-going, no need to commit or register or verify it's just opening up space for a little community integration after a nice yoga stretch!
