📅 Saturday, September 13 — Speed & Agility Clinic (All Sports)
🕒 6 hours | Ages 8–18
✅ Speed, agility, posture, and movement that translates to every sport
✅ Learn proper running mechanics to improve performance and reduce injury
✅ Merritt Mindset session — focus, discipline, and confidence
✅ Lunch & hydration station included
✅ Limited to 75 athletes
📅 Sunday, September 14 — Sprint to Success 100–400m Masterclass
🕒 4 hours | Grades 8–12
✅ Full breakdown of the 100m, 200m, and 400m — mechanics, rhythm, and race strategy
✅ Drills for starts, acceleration, and maintaining top-end speed
✅ Deep dive into posture, power application, and recovery
✅ Insights from how I trained and competed across all sprint events
✅ Snacks, hydration, and Sprint2Success t-shirt included
