We’ll start the evening with tea and a grounding yoga flow, then take time for journaling and reflection. Next, we’ll gather for a candlelight intention ceremony and a warm tea refill. We’ll end in a closing circle with gentle conversation and music, creating a slow, graceful transition into the rest of your wintering season. All levels of experience are welcome!
