Traditionally celebrated through gift exchanges, merriment, and deep spiritual reflection, Yule is the perfect time to release unwanted habits and initiate new beginnings, rebirth, transformation, and creativity.
During the meditation, you are invited to relax in savasana pose, the final resting pose of yoga. Please bring your own items with you to ensure your comfort including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or towel.
