Call or text the church office to sign-up to participate in the Flourishing Neighborhood Index Survey Event on December 7th.
Survey results will be collected and analyzed to learn more about the holistic wellness of Wellington Heights. From there the neighborhood will co-create strategic plans together to support the flourishing of all within the neighborhood.
Sign-up is required. Upon survey completion, residents will receive a $25 gift-card and free breakfast burrito!
