Raffidy Dumitz Band - Penzance’s ‘dark side’ musicians – emerged in 2015 from the Turkey Rhubarb Band, which was set up as part of Montol. Known for its distinctive sound, wide range of Cornish and other tunes, and lavish hats, Raffidy appear at a range of traditional and cultural events throughout West Cornwall – and sometimes further afield.
Tommi Roff - Tommie is a fabulous accordion player and composer, originally from Cornwall but now also works in London and Finland with a variety of music ensembles. A versatile instrumentalist, Tommie combines his roots in Cornish folk music with a broad church of sounds.
Kanow Ganow brings together some of the great singers in the nos lowen music scene to provide an accapella rhythmic power house specifically for singing for dancing known as Treys ha Ganow in Cornish. With driving vocal percussion and rich harmonies they create an energetic vocal soundscape that keeps the dance moving!
