In the spellbinding prequel to the cinema classic Wizard of Oz, Wicked charts the story of and relationship between the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba, and Glinda, the Good Witch of the North. Set during Elphaba's school days at Shiz when she first meets Glinda, Wicked is a story about friendship, magic, and the dangers of fascism. Don't miss out on the Oscar nominee, bring your bubbles and your broomsticks because everyone deserves a chance to fly! Presented by the ANU Film Group at the Kambri Cinema in the Cultural Centre (Building 153). The screening will start promptly at 7:30 pm, with doors opening for entry from 7 pm.
