Come and learn how to find your calm in this four week Yuan Qigong beginners course. Four Monday evenings 6pm to 8pm. Small group
Yuan Gong is an innovative style of Qigong – a practice of both movement and stillness which intends to unify the body, Qi (energy), breath, heart (Xin), mind and True Self (Shen). The Yuan Gong system is designed to meet the specific needs of modern life, which no longer correspond to the ancient ways of living and practicing Qigong. Here, the methods are enjoyable to practice, relatively easy and yet highly efficient – most practitioners experience significant benefits in a short time. In this 4 week course you will learn the Foundational methods of gathering Qi - Tian Yuan and Di Yuan. We are all Qi depleted and method one of the Ren Xue system, Tian Yuan helps replenish mind and body using slow graceful movements and meditation. Di Yuan is a more traditional standing form. Usually practised after Tian Yuan, this method helps us integrate the gathered Qi to strengthen and replenish us, refining Universal Qi into Human, Qi, Organ Qi and Consciousness Qi. We will also learn more about the Ren Xue system, along with supplementary exercises - Qigong Squats and Pulling Qi.
Four two hour workshops on Monday evenings between 6pm and 8pm. Small group maximum of 6 people

9th November - 6pm to 8pm
