Yu-Gi-Oh Time Wizard: July 2004 World Championship Chaos Format Tournament

About this Event

ATTENTION DUELISTS! We host tournaments for our Time Wizard Spotlight Formats on the third Thursday and third Saturday of each month! A Spotlight Format will last in our rotation for a three-month season, January-March, April-June, July-September, or October-December. In the final month of each season, our community selects the next Spotlight Format, decided by majority vote. Check out the special rules for this Time Wizard Spotlight Format:

• The legal card pool, Forbidden/Limited Lists, game mechanics and card rules will completely reflect the historical format of the Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship which took place in July 2004. For more information, please visit our and also be sure to check out our .

-Entry fee: $10.00, due at the time of registration.

-You MUST have a Konami Card Game Network ID (KCGN ID) and access to Yu-Gi-Oh Neuron on a smart device to participate. Please also familiarize yourself with tournament rules and policy before coming to the store.

-The tournament is July 2004 World Championship Chaos Control Format with a number of rounds of Swiss based on attendance (4-8 players = 3 rounds, 9+ players = 4 rounds). Rounds are 45-minute timed best-of-three-game matches.

-Each player will receive 2 OTS packs just for participating in the tournament. Additional prizes are awarded at the conclusion of the tournament based on match points (scored 3 points per win, 0 points per loss) as follows:

3 rounds

• 9 pts = $25.00 store credit
• 6 pts = $15.00 store credit
• 3 pts or fewer = No additional prize

4 rounds

• 12 pts = $40.00 store credit
• 9 pts = $20.00 store credit
• 6 pts or fewer = No additional prize
