Winter Series Packet Pick-Up Events 🏃♀️❄️Winter Series is almost here — let’s get those bibs ready! To help avoid long race day lines, we’re offering two opportunities to pick up your bib early.
Option 1: Fleet Feet York
📍 1511 Mt. Rose Ave, York, PA
🗓 Saturday, November 8
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Come grab your bib and join the community for an easy group run before or after you pick up!
🎁 Bonus: The first 100 participants to pick up their bib will receive a free Winter Series headband!
Option 2: Appalachian Running Company (AppRunCo)

🗓 Saturday, November 15
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🏃♀️ Demo & Group Run at 8:00 AM with Brooks!
Try out the brand-new Adrenaline 25 and Hyperion Max 3 before packet pick-up — a perfect shakeout before the first Winter Series race.
🎁 Bonus: The first 100 participants to pick up their bib here will also receive a free Winter Series headband!
Race Day Pick-Up:
We’ll also have bib pick-up available on race morning at every race, but lines can get long, so we highly recommend stopping by one of the early options if you can.
