Together with the Choral Music Institute for Choral Teacher Education (formally Choral Music Experience (CME), YPC National’s professional development residency will give choral music professionals opportunities to collaborate with Doreen Rao of CME and Francisco J. Núñez of YPC to:
Hone conducting gestures, enhance score analysis skills, and refine vocal techniques through practical sessions and guidance in master classes
Engage in meaningful discussions centered around current trends in choral music repertoire and practices, and exchange ideas on relevant topics with fellow professionals
Explore new repertoire and engage with YPC artistic staff and faculty-in-residence to gain valuable insights to expand musical horizons
See and hear the world premiere of a new piece by Electronics Instrumentalist, Composer, and Producer, Yuka C. Honda
