We are so excited that Yolanda, a certified Personal Trainer, is leading the"You're Not Tire-d Bootcamp" at The Purple Tree Wellness Sanctuary throughout September.
Participants can expect an intense workout, utilizing tires, sledgehammers, and body exercises to sculpt a stronger physique. This program is ideal for those seeking to improve their physical fitness before the holiday season.
As a seasoned instructor, Yalonda brings her expertise and positive body image philosophy to each session, ensuring a supportive and motivating environment for all attendees.
Classes will begin Wednesday September 3rd and end September 29th. Classes are 30 minutes long and held outside on the pavillion. (Weather Permitting )or held inside if inclement weather.
Monday - class starts at 2:00
Wednesday - class starts at Noon
Saturdays - class starts at 10:30
$200 for 12 class Boot Camp Pkg (a savings of $40) or purchase individual classes for $20.
