You’re Invited To The Juneteenth Comedy Festival: A Celebration of Black Comedians is a vibrant comedy variety show that spotlights some of the most exciting Black comedic talent in Chicago. From stand-up and improv to musical comedy and a whole lot of cuttin’ up, this festival serves up a full plate of laughter, culture, and community.

This festival is brought to you by Karissa and Wongel Productions in partnership Julia Morales and iO Theater.

The show is on Saturday, June 20th, 2025 at the iconic iO Theater. Doors open at 6:30PM with a 7:00PM show time. Tickets are available on the iO Theater website and are $28.66 (includes fees).

iO Theater is an all ages venue with full food and beverage service. The bar and kitchen are open each show night at 6pm and offer delicious and affordable options before, during, and after the shows.
