History Shmistory

What would it be like to hear comedy from George Washington, Genghis Khan or Ramses The Great? At History Shmistory, host Christian Lawrence leads comics to perform stand up as a historical figure, in costume, in character.

History Shmistory has entertained fans around the world in San Francisco, London, Chicago, Milwaukee and its home, St. Louis.

The Chicago Reader says, “If you've ever wondered what Nikola Tesla's stand-up was like, then this is the show for you,” and both the St. Louis Post-Dispatch & The Chicago Redeye have included it as part of their suggested “things to do” sections.
