Are you pregnant or a parent with children under 2? Join us for a wonderful evening of supporting you.South Shore University Hospital and Suffolk County Department of Health are partnering to offer a unique event filled with resources, support, and guidance for moms and mom-to-be!

- Maternal Support Services
- Learn about expert care for pregnancy, labor, delivery,and postpartum.
- Health Resources – Access childhood immunization info, Perinatal Hep Bguidance, WIC, and parenting resources.
