Classes are designed to meet children where they are — encouraging curiosity, imagination, and joyful exploration rather than perfection. Kids will stretch, wiggle, breathe, and unwind while learning tools they can use both on and off the mat.
Parent Requirement:
For safety and comfort, all parents or guardians must remain on‑premise for the duration of the class. You’re welcome to drop-off your child, step out of the room to grab a bite to eat and hang out at The Lucky Gut while class is in session.

*Children who benefit from gentle structure and creative expression
*Families looking to introduce mindfulness in a playful and easy way.
