Our 6-8 week training program for athletes of all levels from elementary school aged kids to D1 and professional athletes is focused on improving athletic skills and overall fitness for sports including basketball, baseball, softball, hockey, wrestling, football, soccer, and more!In these weekly sessions we lead athletes through a variety of drills and exercises to enhance speed, agility, strength, power, biomechanics, endurance plus some fun and games!
Our schedule is set up to be able to have athletes of the same age and level training together.
The seasonality of sport, school, vacation, and other life variables is why we are offering our youth training in 6-8 week sessions. During these blocks the training is unlimited so the athletes can get in as much work as possible for their upcoming season or to stay on top of their game throughout the year!
