Explaining and demonstrating why fun, safe and engaging activity is key to helping people be active.
Delivering hours at your own sports club or in a community setting.
All delivered face to face in a fun and engaging way.
Course also includes:
Emergency First Aid - providing you with basic life saving first aid skills, as well as emergency action planning
