Youth Speed & Agility Camp
Join Ozark Wellness and Prep Athletics for a FREE youth Speed & Agility Camp designed to help athletes improve quickness, speed, coordination, movement, and overall athletic performance.
This high-energy camp will be led by experienced coaches who work with youth athletes to build better movement skills, confidence, and competitiveness in any sport. Whether your athlete plays a specific sport or simply wants to get faster and more explosive, this camp is a great opportunity to train with knowledgeable coaches and experience a high-level athletic environment.

Session 1
Ages 13–17
8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Session 2
Ages 8–12
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Each session is limited to the first 100 athletes who register. PLEASE be sure to register for the correct session!

Event Philosophy
Our speed drills focus on more than just going through the motions. We break down the why behind each movement. Anyone can look up sprint drills online, but we teach the purpose behind exercises like A-skips, B-skips, and more, so athletes understand how to apply them to real performance.
This approach benefits athletes in every sport, as all sports rely on acceleration and horizontal force production.
The combine portion of the camp adds a fun, competitive element where athletes can get baseline performance numbers and connect with our coaching staff.
Combine Events Include:
- 40-yard dash
- 5-10-5 pro agility
- Broad jump

Our coaching philosophy is rooted in data and science—using measurable performance metrics to develop stronger, faster, more complete athletes.
Important Information
- Registration is required
- Spots are limited to 100 per session. If the session is full, we encourage you to register on the waitlist
- Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in
- Athletic clothing, cleats or tennis shoes, and water are recommended
- Parent/guardian waiver MUST be signed the day of at check-in
