About this Event
Yorktown Family Services and our community partners are hosting an evening of discussions and presentations on youth radicalization in Toronto on March 30, 2026. The evening will build awareness on the growing concern of youth engaged with extremist and hate communities, both on and offline.

Engaging youth who are aligned with extremist / hate communities/ecosystems
Legal Implications
Presentations will include experts from Yorktown Family Services, RCMP (SIIT Team), FOCUS Toronto, Jennette Manning, author of Walking Away From Hate & Surviving Extremism: A Parent's Guide to Radicalization, Rob Bowyer (Public Safety Consultant), and Zak Amara, author of The Boy and His Sandcastle: A Journey of Redemption.
Light snacks will be provided. By RSVP, only registered guests will be allowed entry.
Registration will close on March 30th at 12pm.
Event starts at 6:15pm-8:30pm. Registration check-in will open at 5:45pm.
