Mental well-being is just as important as physical health. These interactive workshops will teach participants strategies to help manage stress and boost emotional resilience. For ages 10-18.Workshop location and times:

Registration is required by 12/26 (Walk-ins are welcome, although supplies may be limited).
Youth Workshops are FREE and open to the public for ages 10 and up. Supplies are included. Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
