Youth Outdoor Adventures Day - Fort Worth, TX
About this Event
On Saturday, October 3rd, Trinity Oaks Outdoors, in partnership with the Fort Worth Police Department, invites youth ages 10–17 to a full day of fun, outdoor adventure, and mentorship — all at NO cost to families.
Youth participants will rotate through exciting, fully guided stations where they’ll:
- 🎯 Shoot .22 rifles
- 🔫 Try skeet shooting with shotguns
- 🏹 Practice archery
- 🛻 Learn ATV safety and basic driving
All gear, safety equipment, instruction, food, and drinks will be provided. Each registered child will also receive a t-shirt, goodie bag, and chances to win great prizes throughout the day.

🕗 Event Time:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Check-in opens at 8:00 AM
- On-site registration closes at 9:30 AM sharp
- Activities begin at 9:00 AM

A completed Youth Waiver Form is required to participate.

👮♂️ Officers from the Fort Worth Police Department will be on site throughout the event — not only helping run the activities, but also building real, positive connections with youth. Our mission is to show kids that police are more than just protectors — they’re neighbors, mentors, and role models.
This event is about building confidence, trust, and community through the outdoors.
🎟️ This free event is limited to the first 150 youth participants.
🧍♂️ Parents are welcome to observe from a distance or apply to volunteer.
