Armour Athletics and Out West Training are teaming up to offer two winter-break speed and performance mini camps for valley athletes this December. These focused sessions are designed to improve straight-line speed, overall athleticism, and sport-specific strength.
Each camp begins with speed and agility testing using state-of-the-art timing technology, giving athletes a baseline they can measure progress against in the months and years ahead. After testing, athletes will move into targeted drills and coaching aimed at teaching proper mechanics and developing real, repeatable speed.
