The Youth Leadership Summer Program consists of four weekly sessions where participants develop their communication and leadership skills through practical experience, reflective exercises, and fun activities.
The program is for a small group learning limited to 30 students and offers a combination of valuable knowledge and practice to help participants build effective listening and communication skills, with a focus on emotional intelligence.
Kids will have the opportunity to practice communication skills and fulfill leadership roles incorporating emotional intelligence elements like perceiving, understanding, and regulating emotions.
The objective of the program is to empower participants to be successful communicators and leaders and to use reason to identify, understand, and deal with emotions effectively.
