Youth Day Camp Career Exploration

The ICCF Career Exploration Day Camp is designed to help youth explore future career possibilities in an engaging, age-appropriate setting. Participants will be grouped by age (10–12 and 13–18) so activities and conversations feel relevant and relatable.

Ages 10–12 will focus on:
• Exploring different careers through interactive activities
• Discovering personal strengths and interests
• Building early confidence about future goals

Ages 13–18 will focus on:
• Career pathway exploration and industry exposure
• Identifying strengths and transferable skills
• Learning practical next steps toward college, trades, entrepreneurship, or the workforce

Throughout the day, participants will engage in hands-on learning, guided discussions, and real-world insight designed to build clarity and confidence about their future.
