Join us for a 4-week series of outdoor cross country running sessions. Led by Anita Campbell, an experienced coach and former University of Washington All-American, the program offers age-appropriate running workouts and games. It's designed to enhance fitness levels, foster enjoyment, and prepare participants for three-time trial races on the last three Wednesday evenings to assess progress.
