In this fun, step-by-step workshop, you'll create your own luminous masterpiece under UV lights and watch your artwork come alive in vibrant colour!
Wear a white or fluorescent shirt to glow even brighter (aprons provided).
Registrations are essential and priority will be given to City of Vincent residents.
