Advanced Acrobatics Workshop with Sophie Nock
Join me for a special one-off Advanced Acro Workshop on Tuesday 14th July at Jody Marshall Dance Company – Balcatta before I head off to my next international contract!
This 90-minute workshop is designed for advanced students looking to challenge themselves, refine technique, and build confidence in their acrobatics training. We’ll focus on developing and learning new skills, perfecting existing technique, and creating combos using unique acrobatic transitions all while enjoying a fun, supportive and SAFE environment with friends
Pre-requisite: Students must have a side aerial and/or back handspring unassisted.
Suitable for advanced students of any age.
