YouthCon 2026: Mind Over Media is designed to help teens understand how technology, social media, influencers, algorithms, and online trends affect the way they think, feel, behave, and make decisions.
Through interactive sessions, meaningful discussions, and creative activities, students will learn how to think critically about the content they consume, protect their identity and mental well-being, make healthier choices, and establish stronger boundaries with technology.

Target Groups: Grades 6–9, Grades 10–12, and Parents/Adult Leaders
