Youth Camp 2026

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Registration will go live May 1st - May 31st at 5pm.

Please note that once we reach capacity, per state law, we will not be able to accept any more registrants. Registration preference will be based on a first come, first served basis.

Full Payment is required to complete registration.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds after June 1st, 2026.

Please have all registrant’s required information prior to starting registration process. (See 2026 Youth Camp Planning Guide for details - this is available at wisconsinyouth.com)

CAMPER:

• Dates: Monday, June 22nd - Friday, June 26th
• Cost: Registration - $185 | On-Site $205
  

SIBLING DISCOUNT:

After the purchase of a full price ticket any additional students from the same family would qualify for a $35 sibling discount (applicable to Youth Camp Registration Only--not transferable with WI Kids Camp or WI Family Camp). All tickets must be purchased at full price. An email should be sent to [email protected] to request the $35 sibling discount. This email must be sent by end-of-day May 31st. Discounts will be processed as a credit back to the card used at the time of purchase. Allow 7-10 days for processing.

STAFF:

• THANK YOU for your willingness to serve the students of WI! We love and appreciate you!
• Please understand, requested serve positions cannot be guaranteed. Please know we will attempt to do everything we can to get you in your desired serve position.
• Staff must be 19 years of age or older as of June 22, 2026.

• We will be performing mandatory background checks for all staff for the safety of our students.
• Cost: Free

CHILDREN OF STAFF:

• ALL Children of Staff must be pre-approved to come to camp prior to registering. Please send and email to Rick Bailey at [email protected] for approval.
• Staff Children must lodge and be supervised by parent.
• Children of Staff that are Youth Camp Age (12-18) are required to register and attend as a camper. If there is a unique situation, please email Rick Bailey at [email protected].

FAQ:

• WI District Health Screening Form is REQUIRED for EVERYONE (form below) - Submission Deadline: June 1, 2026
• Adult registrants (18+) can complete and submit their own health forms.
• If the registrant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete it.
• We will be reaching out to each Pastor with a list of attending students for approval.
• Youth Camp is a closed campus. For safety purposes, Non-registered guests will not be allowed to participate in any of the Youth Camp events. Closed Campus Exception: Licensed Ministers and youth pastors/leaders are invited to attend the evening services.
