Join us for our 5th Annual Youth & Family Meditation Camp. This free meditation camp is open to children and teens (age 5-17), along with parents, guardians, and young adults. Whether you're exploring meditation for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, this event offers something for everyone: SOS Meditation techniques to improve concentration and manage stress | Yoga for all levels | Interactive workshops and mindfulness games | Tailored sessions for kids, teens, and adults | It's fun, free, and a fantastic way to grow and strengthen family bonds. Light dinner provided.
