This upbeat class begins with stretching and balance. Dancers then move to progressions across the floor involving, patterns, turns, and exploring the space through movement. Center work blends turns, technical skills, traveling floor combinations, standing and sitting with choreography for class dance pieces. Repetition is key for all dancers to build confidence and grace while having a wonderful time! With Sarah Christensen.6 week session: OCTOBER 2 - NOVEMBER 13, 2024 (no class Oct. 16). Wednesdays.
Youth Class: (ages 7-10) 4:30 - 5:45pm
Adult Class: 6:15 - 7:30pm
