Property owners in Whatcom County’s Nooksack Basin are facing an unprecedented threat to existing wells, farms, and land values.This is an introductory meeting to give information on who POWWRA is and what we are trying to accomplish. If you have been to other POWWRA meeting this will be some repeat information. However, we encourage everyone to come and be a part of this community.
