Often described as a “second puberty” or “second spring,” this stage of life brings hormonal shifts, changing cycles, and emotional and psychological changes that can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even isolating. Many women are left wondering what’s happening in their bodies and why.
Your Second Spring: Understanding Perimenopause is a workshop designed for women 35+ who are looking for answers, validation, and a deeper understanding of this transition.
Led by women’s health educator and Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner Chloe Skerlak, this session will explore what is happening in the body during perimenopause, what changes to expect, and how to support your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing through this stage.
Participants will gain insight into hormonal and physiological changes, learn practical tools to support their health, and take part in open, honest conversations that normalize this experience and reduce feelings of isolation.
In addition to the educational component, participants will engage in a guided creative reflection activity facilitated by HeartSpark Creative. This offers space to process what you’ve learned, connect with others, and reflect on what this transition means for you personally.
This workshop is not just about information — it is about understanding, connection, and reframing this time of life as a meaningful and powerful transition.
Lunch and a coffee break will be provided.
