Often we find ourselves caught up in the whirlwind of work, meeting the needs of others, and juggling family .This persistent pace can leave us feeling unbalanced and in desperate need of a pause or a chance to reflect, recalibrate, and envision our future.
Join us for a three hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner self ! We will kick off your journey with a grounding, alchemy crystal bowl Soundbath in the serene salt cave, then dive into a variety of creative methods. Simple writing and collage as we explore the different dimensions of well-being together.
We will access your current state of well-being , consider what well-being provided for you and you buy you looks like, identify what you may need to let go of and discover what you want to add in to enhance your well-being.
You will leave with a visual picture of your expanded vision for well-being, living, more balanced, and empowered life .
