We are committed to listening to feedback from residents, families and team members to help us continuously improve care, support and the services we provide across our homes.
Directors and team members from Excelcare’s Support Office will be visiting St. George’s Court as part of our Your Feedback Matters visits.
For feedback from residents and families, you will have the opportunity to meet:
• Wendy Cowell – Director of Care Quality & Governance
• Sadie Munro – Director of Communications, Engagement & Marketing
• Amanda Chester – Head of Governance
Our team members will also have the opportunity to meet with a member from our People & Resources team.

🕙 10.30am – 12.30pm
Members of our team will be available in the home to chat with people living at St. George’s Court Care Home, their families, and team members.
