Join us for a talk and hands-on workshop exploring the history and contemporary forms of community cookbooks to understand how they have given women and under-represented people a voice in public culture.
Speaker Bio:
Dr. Megan J. Elias is the Director of Food Studies Programs at Boston University and the author of Food on the Page: Cookbooks and American Culture (Penn, 2017).
