Designed for people living with chronic illness and disability, and anyone who has felt rushed, dismissed, or unheard by their doctor. Learn tips on setting boundaries, preparing for appointments, and avoiding burnout. This workshop includes skill-building, practice scenarios, and printable resources to take home.
