The full program will launch later this month, but registration for our Your Body. Your Rights: Building Safe Relationships group is open! Running every Tuesday starting October 27 in Hamilton, this 6-week group builds practical, real-life relationship skills. In a small, welcoming space, participants will learn how to:
– Learn the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships
– Practice consent, setting boundaries, and speaking up for yourself
– Talk openly about dating, sex, and relationships in a safe space
– Use easy-to-read books and videos made with adults with IDD
– Learn what to do and where to get help if someone is hurting you
