Participants will explore how to “play” the body like a drum, experiment with group rhythms, and engage in collaborative team-building exercises that culminate in creating original body music together. No prior dance or music experience is required—whether you’re seasoned or think you have no rhythm at all, this workshop will help you discover your unique rhythmic voice and connect through movement and sound.
