Cultivate a felt sense understanding of your nervous system and the mind/body connection with this 3 hour workshop.
We are expressive beings, our bodies are meant to move freely, emote, and have range, yet we've learned to stick ourselves in very tight, structured and overly scripted boxes, often ones that limit access to the freedom we all crave.
In this workshop, we will be exploring psoas, as the primal messenger of your autonomic nervous system - a muscle of expression and the gateway into seeing our unconscious.This workshop is about slowing down to help you feel, know and sense MORE about yourself and the world around you.
