A playful and mindful introduction to yoga designed just for kids! In this program, little ones explore movement, breath, and stillness through storytelling, imagination, and simple yoga flows. Each class nurtures balance, focus, and confidence while planting the seeds of calm, kindness, and self-awareness. With an age-appropriate, heart-centered approach, children learn to connect with their bodies, emotions, and each other in a safe and supportive space.
Parents must be present for the entire class and are encouraged to practice alongside their young yogi.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat and a water bottle.
