Young Writers Project: Words in the Woods

Join us for a morning of poetry with writers from the Young Writers Project. Vermont Humanities will cover the entry fee for the park, so feel free to explore the wilderness after the event.

Young Writers Project (YWP) is an independent nonprofit that began in 2006 in Burlington, VT, with a mission to inspire, mentor, publish, and promote young writers and artists. All programming is free and revolves around the YWP website, , where teens create and connect with each other, receive mentoring and support, and experience the joy of being published.
